Newsletter Template Master File
This master template is available and should be used to ensure that all OCC Newsletters maintain a consistent and professional quality.
Using the Template: Right-click on the template link and select "Save Target As..." then save the file to a folder on your computer. Next, you will need to open this template and work on the newsletter in Microsoft Word 2007 or later. After you are finished, please print a local copy and have another one or two people proof your work to find any typo's or errors.

Publishing the Newsletter: To create a
version for distribution/posting online, click on the MS
Word
"Office Button", and select "Save As...",
PDF format. Please follow
the below instructions carefully to ensure that the newsletter looks as
good as possible and accurately reflects all of our and your efforts.
Important:
1. Save as an Adobe Acrobat .PDF file and name like:
OCC-news-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf - This saves the webmaster time
and minimizes confusion and makes archival versions consistent and easy
to locate.
2. Select Standard Optimization for Publishing online and printing - This will keep the graphics from being over compressed and looking ugly.
