School Newsletter Ads
Thank you for including our Audition Announcement in your Newsletter! Our goal is to always help your kids excel in choral music and work with your school program to help create outstanding students and singers. We couldn't do it without your support in return.
Please feel free to run these ads in the spring (The last month or two before school gets out) and again with your first school newsletter. We do accept some late registrations of children who either recently moved into the area or were un-able or un-aware of our spring auditions.
To make your life easier, we've created a large variety of ads to choose from! Hopefully you'll find one that is just right for your school newsletter. We recommend that you simply scroll down until you find the size and format you need. (or print out the "Key Page" at the bottom of this page for easy reference and selection off line), and then choose the size you want, along with the format that you know how to import into your application or for your use.
Email Newsletters
The images below are 96dpi version of each available ad which are ideal for use with you email newsletters. You may simply Right-Click on the one(s) you want and choose "Save As" from the fly out menu. Save them to a folder on your computer and use them in your newsletter like you would any other image.
They also give you a good idea of the verity that is available for use with your regular printed newsletter.
Printed Newsletters
For printed newsletters, created with MS Publisher, Corel Draw, Adobe InDesign or other page design/layout software, we recommend you use one of the acrobat .PDF files. If you would prefer, we have included links under each set to 150dpi & 300dpi JPG images, and Adobe Acrobat .PDF versions for higher resolution printing needs. Most newsletters creation tools will readily use PDF files by importing or "Placing" them into your layout. Some more limited programs may only support .JPG images. We recommend choosing the higher resolution ones for better print quality of the fine text.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that choosing the correct ad size, at the appropriate resolution (dpi) and NOT scaling, sizing or stretching the image at all will ensure the optimal clarity and easiest readability of the text on any given ad. If you can't find the size you need, rather than trying to scale or stretch one to fit you location, please contact us and we will gladly create on to your needed specifications.

These OCC Logo's may be used as needed, These are 96dpi .PNG (Portable Network Graphic) format, which provides transparency with programs that support this format. Please use care to ensure that logos look good with whatever background they are placed. Do not scale or stretch these low resolution versions larger than they are, instead download a higher resolution version below. Never stretch any of these logos as it will distort their aspect ration, degrade their sharpness and generally make them look bad!
