Junior Girlchoir Auditions

Time Commitment and Attendance
Rehearsals for the 2007-2008 Season begin September 10, 2005
Choristers must attend all major choir events:

All rehearsals (no more than 2 absences per term are allowed)
Rehearsals for the Junior Girlchoir are Mondays from 4:00 to 6:00 and the first Saturday of every month.
All Day Fall Retreat with Performance - October 06, 2007
Holiday Concert - December 09, 2007, 3:00
Spring Concert - March 09, 2008, 3:00
Finale Concert - June 01, 2008, 3:00
Spring Performance Tour (Required)

Financial Commitment
The Oregon Children's Choir is a non-profit organization. It's operating expenses, which include music, conductor's salaries, and rehearsal space, are funded by chorister tuition.

Tuition for the upcoming season is $400.00
Choral Uniforms - Blue pleated skirt, white blouse, white tights, black china flat shoes. Approximately $75.00
Spring Performance Tour - approximately $150.00

Acceptance letters and registration packets for the 2007-2008 season will be sent July 01, 2007.
Parents of accepted choristers must attend one mandatory parent meeting to be held at Emerald Baptist Church at 7:00P.M. on Tuesday August 14, 2007 or Thursday August 23, 2007.

Audition dates
June 04, 2007 - June 09, 2007 And by appointment with the Conductor throughout the Summer.
